We are proud to celebrate the election of our new state committeewoman, Avril Williams, and State Committeeman, John Patterson. Now the work continues for our Democratic nominees for Governor, Josh Shapiro, Lieutenant Governor, Austin Davis, Congress, Beth Farnham, and State Representatives: Caleb Donahue (HD81) and Shannon Jackson (HD89).
During the Franklin County Democratic Committee’s annual reorganization meeting, the members elected Janet McKeithan-Janifer as Chair. The committee also elected Don Palesky as first vice chair, Sierra Jordan as second vice chair, Sean Scott as treasurer, and Deb Martinez as secretary.
The group thanked outgoing Chair, Cameron Schroy, for his outstanding leadership during the last four years and laying groundwork for the success of the Committee, as well as the other outgoing officers, Trish Cordell, John Patterson, and Jane Jacobs.
We congratulate Janet on her well deserved position and look forward to helping her achieve her goals for the local Democrat party. Congratulations to all!
