(Franklin County, PA) – Michele Coletta of Franklin County has officially announced her write-in candidacy for Inspector of Elections for Greene 5 in the upcoming Primary election.
Michele has been a lifelong resident of Franklin County – born and raised in Greencastle, moved to Chambersburg in 1995, and settled into Greene Township in 2002. Married with three adult children, two grandchildren, and four beloved rescue dogs, Michele brings a strong sense of family values, responsibility, and civic duty to her campaign.
She began her nursing career in the Chambersburg Hospital Emergency Department in 1999 as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She is now a Registered Nurse with a master’s in Nursing Education and serves as a Nurse Educator at Wellspan Health. With a long-standing career rooted in compassion, accountability, and education, she is now expanding her service to safeguard the democratic process in her hometown.
“As someone who has dedicated her life to the well-being of others, I believe protecting the integrity of our elections is just another way to care for our community,” said Michele. “Every vote should be counted, and every voice should be heard.”
Michele’s campaign is rooted in a commitment to ensuring transparency at the polls, protecting voter rights, and maintaining confidence in the local electoral process.
She is seeking the support of all voters in the Greene Township Precinct 5 (Voting at Mt Pleasant United Brethren Church, 2509 Black Gap Road, Chambersburg, PA).
