(Chambersburg, PA) – John R. Goss, III of Chambersburg, will run a write-in campaign for Judge of Election in Chambersburg Borough precinct 2-2. He has lived in Franklin County since 2000 and Chambersburg Borough since 2018.

John was raised on a dairy farm in Central Pennsylvania.  He attended Penn State, IUP, Elmira College, and American University. He’s a professor in organizational leadership[ at Shenandoah University.  Throughout his career, John has worked to strengthen the capacity and resiliency of local, regional, and national nonprofits.

“I am running for judge of election in Chambersburg 2-2.  It is critically important to ensure elections at every level are conducted in good order and I hope to be part of that.”

John is seeking the support of all voters in Chambersburg Borough 2-2. Write in “John R. Goss, III” under Judge of Election.
